sometimes.. i wonder what i can do with chicken breasts.  then, i figure out i could use the taco seasoning mom sent me in the mail!  thus becomes: taco chicken.  so easy. just do it ^^

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts

pack of taco seasoning.

I put the pieces of chicken up into small pieces, covered them in taco seasoning and put them in a tupperware dish over night in the fridge.  the next day, i took them out and fried them in a little bit of olive oil. done!
