Slow Cooked Pork Tenderloin
This is the second slow cooked meal I made for us. I really liked it, but my husband was so-so on it.
ngredients2 – 8 oz pork tenderloin
2 cups low sodium vegetable broth
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
1 large sweet potato, chopped
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups chopped carrots
2 cups broccoli, chopped
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Cook in slow cooker for 8 hours on low.
