Crustless Pizza

Okay, for all of you people who don’t eat carbs, this is AMAZING.  I’m shocked at how good this is.  I didn’t think that it would be like normal pizza, but honestly it’s better than any pizza I’ve ever had with crust, or even in a restaurant! My husband couldn’t even tell there was no crust! Yowza! Also, I know there are two “1”s but I can’t figure out how to start on 2!

  1. Get out a lasagna sized pan.  In the pan, but about 1/2~3/4 lb or so of hamburger.  (1/2 small package).  Using your hands, press it into the pan, to cover the entire thing.  The trick to this crust, is the press it as thin as possible. The thinner the  better!!! Sprinkle on Italian seasoning, all over.  Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.

When you take out the “crust” it will have shrunk quite a bit, so plan ahead how many ppl you want to feed. This one fed me and my husband for one meal.

  1. Remove the crust, and drain off extra liquid. 
  2. Cover with pizza sauce (look for a lower sodium one)
  3. Add cheese
  4. Cover with toppings you like, the more the better with this one. I put spicy pepperoni, black olives, and sun dried tomatoes.
  5. Put back in for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly.
  6. Cut and serve!

SOOOOO good. You HAVE to try this.
