Creamy Lasagna

Wow it’s been a while huh?  Well, my husband and I have just moved back to Canada!  We’ve been here almost three weeks, but it’s been about 2 months since I’ve had a computer at my house, so I haven’t updated my blog. Yikes. 

Okay, since we came home, we’ve been hitting yardsales and picking up cookbooks.  I wanted to impress my husband with a nice meal in our new home, so this was my first try, and it was DELICIOUS! :)

Creamy Lasagna

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 1 pkg/2C shredded cheese
  • 6 no boil lasagna noodles
  • seasoning that you like
  1. Turn the oven to 400F
  2. Cook the hamburger and add sauce
  3. Pour soup and milk in a bowl and stir. Fold in 1/2 cup of the cheese and set aside.
  4. Spoon half the meat mixture into lasagna pan.
  5. Put three noodles on top, the long way.
  6. Pour the soup mixture over the noodles
  7. Sprinkle seasoning (italian mixture and black pepper for me)
  8. Put the next three noodles on top
  9. Put the rest of the beef mixture on top of that
  10. Put the cheese on top!

Bake for 40-45 min until bubbly. YUMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYY
