Creamy Lasagna
Wow it’s been a while huh? Well, my husband and I have just moved back to Canada! We’ve been here almost three weeks, but it’s been about 2 months since I’ve had a computer at my house, so I haven’t updated my blog. Yikes.
Okay, since we came home, we’ve been hitting yardsales and picking up cookbooks. I wanted to impress my husband with a nice meal in our new home, so this was my first try, and it was DELICIOUS! :)
Creamy Lasagna
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 C milk
- 1 pkg/2C shredded cheese
- 6 no boil lasagna noodles
- seasoning that you like
- Turn the oven to 400F
- Cook the hamburger and add sauce
- Pour soup and milk in a bowl and stir. Fold in 1/2 cup of the cheese and set aside.
- Spoon half the meat mixture into lasagna pan.
- Put three noodles on top, the long way.
- Pour the soup mixture over the noodles
- Sprinkle seasoning (italian mixture and black pepper for me)
- Put the next three noodles on top
- Put the rest of the beef mixture on top of that
- Put the cheese on top!
Bake for 40-45 min until bubbly. YUMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYY
