chomok bap
This is one of my favorite things to eat for lunch and it’s SO unbelievably easy! The name means “first rice” like the shape of a fist. It only takes 5 min!
A big bowl full of cooked rice
Half a bag of dried seaweed (gim) (THe small broken up pieces)
Tbsp Sesame Oil
Tsp Salt
Mix those things all together, and then make it into balls! Done! Easy right? :)

I made this once in high school and it was so good! So I found it again in my old recipe book. Unfortunately this time I used a weird tasting icing sugar :( Anyway, use a nice icing sugar and it will be great!
125g butter
2 tbsp milk
1.5 C icing sugar
Little pinch of salt

Super Chocolate Cake~!
2 c. flour 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. cocoa 1 c. oil 1 c. hot coffee 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla
Combine all ingredients except black hot coffee. Mix. Add hot coffee. Batter will be thin. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.

Lately I’ve been DYING from some Bi Bim Bap. So we made it today. Usually it’s annoying and takes to long to prepare all the parts of it, so we made up an instant one!
